Please help, I feel like dying and there's not a single person to talk to.?

I'm this close to calling the suicide hotline :[ I'm so freaking depressed. I don't feel like anybody cares about me and I just can't deal with it. I don't want to end up in the hospital again because I'm trying really hard to get through school, but I just don't know what to do. I feel like I have no one. I really need to talk to somebody. Please.
