Where can we get best treatment for brain tumour for our friend?

So sad for someone so young. I don't know, if you're somewhere in another country. US, however, has very advanced technology when it comes to brain tumors. GBM is a very severe form though. Most with gbm rarely live 2 years after diagnosis. I recently had surgery to remove a brain tumor, at UNC Chapel Hill. Duke and Wake forest are also wonderful places and all are in North Carolina.
