I smoked weed tuesday night, will it be out by next week?

I didnt smoke a blunt or anything like that, it was two hits from a small handheld pipe. Ive been drinking water, peeing and craping. Im going to run and sweat a bunch over the weekend. What do you think? I bought some home tests just so i can check myself which will probably come in the mail tomorrow. I smoked last Tuesday night. I have to test Monday or Tuesday, this coming week. Im about 5'10, 130 lbs.
