Fallout 3 character builds?

I usualy make a character who repairs his stuff a decent rifleman (hunting rifle or lever action rifle), ill also either go in medicine sceince lockpicking speech or sneak, I usualy use light armour (Chinese stealth suit, Combat armour) for traveling around the wasteland but in DC battle zones as i call them (Washington monument area, Project purity building) ill use my custom Power armour Either outcast or Brotherhood body armour and Winterized T-51b power helmet and stormchaser helmet. Theres a glich where u can where 2 helmets (wont mention here). the power armour will also be warn on celibrated moments (Adams air base, Project purity, Raven rock) He will be generaly good but will be a farely normal person he isnt nuetral but hes not a saint. I like to have Dogmeat most times and Charon for missions like for project purity and Fawks for Adamas air base. ill take any perk that improves my rifle, my loot load, my health. OH and im a cannibal!
