23 weeks pregnant and hurting severly.?

.its like the bottom part of my stomach is getting ripped out. like every 5 or 10 minutes it feels like something is twisting my insides and putting alot of pressure on my lower abdomen. I have never been in this much pain before and i cant even lay down.what5 could it be and should i be worried? also this morning when i went to pee i wiped and found some blood and when i looked down there i had a clog of mucus or something. it wasnt like my normal discharge is was very yellow and had some blood mixed with it. what should i do and does anyone know whats wrong?
