Why do socialists/communists people want to be rich?

It bothers socialists that there are wealthy people who use the wealth as a power tool to oppress other people - they don't actually EARN the money they make - other people have earned it for them. This is what bothers socialists about wealthy people. Socialists, if rich, would consider it their responsibility to share/give back to the people who made that possible.
