What do I need to know about moving to a NATO base in Brussem, Netherlands??? Please HELP!!?

I just got married about 2 months ago and my husband just got his orders to the Netherlands. We have started the paperwork for us both to go. I have no experience with European travel nor has he ever received PCS orders before. I have no idea what to look forward to nor do I know anyone to even ask. How is the base in the Netherlands? Is driving/traffic there substancally different? What should we take? What will we NEED as far as clothing, food, cars, the language? If anyone knows of any website or anything that would shed light on any of this situation...please....HELP!!! Thanks!!!
