Baby food processor or regular food processor?

i want to make my own baby food my daughters 11 months so she doesnt need it pureed just grinded up a little should i get a regular food thing or the ones from babies r us if i do i dont know which to get they range from $12 to $70 i dont mind the money i just dont know which one to pick a grinder or the one where you can boil defrost and chop help!!!!!!! lol
