What is the bone that articulates dorsally with the acromion process? scapula?

The acromion process is part of the scapula. There is no bone that articulates dorsally with this structure, but perhaps you mean the clavicle? If so, then the clavicle articulates with the acromion process at the acromioclavicular (AC) joint.
