Where to get plastic top for snowboard box?

Where can i get Polyethynele, Polycarbonate, Polyurethaine, or Puck board, in Washington, for free...?? I emailed a hockey rink near my house but they havnt responded. I emailed a local plastic manufacture but the also hav not responded. Does anyone know where to get free plastic for the top of my snowboard box?
