What are the 3 possible etiologies for this condition?

I'd be concerned with the "comprehension fairly intact" and the fact that she couldn't follow two-step commands. Also, her retrograde memory is severely impaired. I'd be less concerned about the Bell's Palsey and focus on eliminating CVA left temporal lobe possibly implicating Wernicke's area. As for the memory, I'd be concerned about Alzheimer's and/or Wernicke Korsakoff, though without the nystagmus, this is unlikely. What/Who precipitated admission to the hospital? I'll star your question as I would like to see what others post.
