My fiance's loan? need to ask a question.?

Hi what it is me and my fiance took a loan out last november december we where accepted for 1,500 and we have been paying it off on time till now and we need or want another loan about 5,000 my fiance applied for one about 2 months ago and got rejected but we think thats cause its says to get a additional loan out u need to ask for over 5,000 which we have plus she only missed 2 payments and were using this one to pay of every bill like argos, littlewoods etc so that all were paying is the loans what are her chances and what should we do is she gets rejected again shall we go into bank the bank is abbey. can anyone help??
