In a philosophical standpoint what is mans relation to his work?

depends on the work but most people's work is about the social quality it produces. Some do however work to provide addtiional subjective personal ( biological level ) quality and some rare few direct their output onthe intelelctual level and thier work modifies and makes more effectively spreaqds the social quality that most produce by doing 'work'.
